At StratSchool, we strive to deliver value to every participant. However, in case of cancellations:

1. Cancellation Request

• Cancellations must be requested via email to hello@stratschool.org within 7 days of payment.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

• 90% refund if requested within 7 days and before the cohort begins

• No refunds once the cohort starts

• No refunds for no-shows or partial participation

 

3. Program Changes or Cancellation by Us

• In the rare case that StratSchool cancels a program, participants will receive a 100% refund or can opt for the next available batch.
